Monthly Software License

Monthly Software service agreement is between the Customer and GPSWOX.com

Ownership

The Hosted Software and source codes belongs to GPSWOX.com. Source code parts, which include the Customer’s logo and domain, can be modified. Software files and source codes can’t be sold, distributed or reproduced to any third party.

Security

Your data, which you provide to GPSWOX.com, is stored on secure servers. Our company has taken further actions to prevent unauthorized access to your data, including running firewall software and keeping our servers up-to-date with security patches. However, we cannot guarantee non-disclosure of personal information, due to factors beyond our control. If you believe that your account has been hacked, please contact us as soon as possible.

Technical support

GPSWOX.com agrees to provide the Customer with technical support services, which includes the periodic distribution of bug fixes and minor enhancements as Updates. Software technical support operates Monday – Sunday, 24/7. General inquiries will be replied to during normal business hours.

Payment and delivery

The Agreement is between the Customer and GPSWOX.com solely. The applicable Cloud Software Fee is specified on the GPSWOX.com price list. For the Cloud Software plan, the Customer must pay monthly. For the Company, which has VAT, no additional Taxes will be applied. Cloud Software will be activated after GPSWOX.com receives payment. There is no refund after the payment. Additional training and branding changes will be implemented afterwards. A recurring payment will be created after the purchase.

Updates to the Hosted Software agreement

It is our company’s right to update this agreement from time to time. If we deem the change to be material, we will post a notice on our homepage and/or send an e-mail to our users.

Unlimited (lifetime) Software License

This license is a legal agreement between the Customer and GPSWOX.com for the use of the Unlimited Software. By installing or using any version of the Unlimited ​Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license.

Software license

GPSWOX.com provides the Customer with a Lifetime License Key via e-mail, which sets forth the specific Server Software. GPSWOX.com grants to the Customer a non-assignable, nontransferable license, without the right to sublicense. The Customer is able to install and run only one copy of the Server Software at the same time. Additional installations require additional license purchases.

The Server Software and the source codes belong to GPSWOX.com. The source code parts, which are provided with the Server Software, can be modified by the Customer and used on his server. Software files and source codes can’t be sold, distributed or reproduced to any third party.

GPSWOX.com agrees to provide the Customer with technical support services. Software technical support operates: Monday - Sunday, 24/7. General inquiries will be replied to during normal business hours.

Updates

To receive automatic Software Updates, the Customer must pay 49/month. Cusomer will receive unlimited updates with the latest features, bug fixes etc. every month. GPSWOX technical support team will make sure your software is up to date and operating at the highest level.

For the Company, which has VAT, no additional Taxes will be applied. The Server Software will be delivered and installed by our support team for free, after GPSWOX.com will receive payment. Additional training and branding changes will be implemented afterwards. After the Server Software (source coude) is delivered, no refund is possible. We provide source code to server's frontend files only.
